Event Inquiries

If you are interested in hosting an event in the park, please complete this form at least 45 days prior to the proposed event date.  

• Please fully review our Park Rules and Fee Table.
• Park staff will strive to respond to your request within 7 business days of receiving the application. We will reach out to request additional information and/or to schedule a site visit if necessary. Please keep in mind that the 195 District Park will not be able to accommodate every request received. 
• If we are able to accommodate your request, park staff will work with you to execute an event agreement and temporary use permit. Note there are fees associated with hosting an event in the park. Other permits from the City of Providence may be required.
